Valentines Day can become robotic and repetitive with soppy cards, red roses and chocolates. It’s time to mix things up and do something more original. Here are a few ideas to to get you started and just in the nick of time for Valentine’s tomorrow.

Couples Cooking Classes
We all love to be woo’d by a romantic candlelit dinner but it’s not always fun for the chef. Couples cookery classes are a great and fun way to spend time together and create a delicious meal. It’s perfect for new couples celebrating their first Valentines Day together or for the couple who have been married 20 years and want something different to do.

Reasons Why I Love You
Albeit very cheesy, but sometimes a little bit of cheese is cute right?! A perfect last minute crowd pleaser that your partner can use as a little pick me up every now and again. You can create your own if you have left it a little last in the day or there are some beautiful ones you can purchase from places like Not On The Highstreet, personally I prefer the latter.

Home Spa
We all love a little pamper session and why not do with with your partner. I always find those couples massages you get in a spa a little awkward and very unromantic, at home the massage may not be as good but it’s definitely romantic. Light some candles, put on the relaxing spa music, dim the lights, get some foot spa’s and some face masks on and followed by a nice massage what could be better? Perfect relaxing evening in but with an extra special feel.
